A tempting little box of tricks to get you started on the Home-brewed Spirit "Moonshine" route! (Albeit half strength at approx. 21% vol) The kit is very easy to use although care needs to be taken to adhere to the recommended temperatures on the instructions to avoid an over sweet finished spirit. Any essences, also available from Balliihoo, can be added to produce your favourite tipple from Whisky, Gin, Brandy etc. to Cointreau, Tia Maria or Candy Shot spirits like Toffee Vodka . . . . .
