Wheat Beers are often regarded by many purists as the Champagne of the Beer World, especially this Coopers Hefe Wheat Brew. I brewed a vast quantity of this lovely ale instead of forking out for ordinary, (yet ridiculously expensive) French Bubbly at my Daughters Wedding a Summer or two ago. It saved enough to pay for the Bells and the Organist, not to mention the Vicar and Choir! Spritzy and Tart (the Beer not my Daughter!) it states on the tin, a refreshingly pale and naturally partially cloudy summer ale that can be savoured whilst partaking in other joyful, seasonal distractions such as sunbathing on the terrace and doing absolutely nothing! (forget weddings . . . . they're hard work!)
