I brew 40 pints of this rich dark ale whenever it beckons! the inherent strength and richness can be further enhanced with 600g of soft brown sugar and an equal amount of Beer Kit Enhancer, although simply using Brewing Sugar is easier and still fantastic to enjoy, as this is a premium quality kit, don't be put off by the lower price of Cooper's ales from Australia the results are awesome! Prepare yourself for a delayed then sudden frothy fermentation that escapes the fermenting bucket - a handy airlock is recommended to prevent blowing the lid off.
