This European Lager is certainly no exception. I have enjoyed many trips around Europe and noted the delicate fullness and crispness of the fine regional lager/beers. I would say this European Lager from Coopers more than captures the taste and essence of that experience probably the best lager in the world can be tailored to taste with a little brewing experimentation with Spraymalts and different hop varieties . . . but as always keep notes and records to use and improve on.
