If you’ve already learned the basics of crochet and would like a little extra support, you’re very welcome to book a 1:1 session.

These sessions are designed for crocheters who don’t need to start from the very beginning, but would like gentle guidance as they build on what they already know.

You might come along to:

• learn new stitches or patterns at your own pace

• get unstuck on a project that isn’t quite working

• build confidence in your tension, rhythm, or technique

• have something explained in a way that finally makes sense

• receive guidance around UKCA if you’re thinking about selling your work

 UKCA guidance (simple, practical, supportive)

If you’re starting to think about selling your crochet toys, or items that may be classified as toys UKCA testing can feel like a lot to take in.

We approach this gently and in a way that feels manageable.

Together, we can look at:

• what UKCA is and when it applies

• basic toy safety expectations in the UK

• suitable materials, yarns, and components

• safety considerations when making items

• laws on labelling and creating an evidence file

This isn’t about pressure or getting everything perfect, it’s about helping you understand what you need, in a way that feels clear and supportive.

These sessions are calm, flexible, and completely led by you.

There’s no pressure to perform, no expectation to keep up, and no rush. We simply work through whatever you need, step by step, until things begin to feel clearer and more comfortable.

You’re welcome to bring any projects, patterns, or ideas you’d like help with.

A gentle note

If you’re completely new to crochet, most people find it much easier to begin with one of the full guided experiences, where you’ll have everything you need and more time to settle into the foundations.

But if you already have some experience and just need a little support, this space is here for you.
