Each set is embossed with their weight, making identification quick and easy. They also have a large rim running around the full plate, making them easier to grip than completely flat plates.</p> <p><strong>1" Standard Size</strong></p> <p>The Weight Plates have a 1" diameter hole at the centre, making them ideal for use with Standard 1 inch bars.
