As we are a small business, we unfortunately cannot accept any returns or issue refunds once the item has left our premises. This includes any issues with deliveries however, as we do obtain Proof of Postage, please do reach out to us if you have any issues with your purchase so that we can provide you with as much detail as possible in order to raise with the relevant courier.
