Do you ask about skin and medications?
Before your session, you’ll be invited to complete a short form so that I can understand how to support you properly. This will include things like allergies, skin sensitivities, or anything you’d like me to be aware of when using the spa products or for your learning experience such as neurodivergence. You only need to share what feels comfortable for you.
This isn’t a medical assessment, it’s simply about creating a safe, supportive space where you can relax without worry.
If you’re unsure about a product, we can always skip it completely. Your comfort always comes first.
Do I need any experience?
