Returns Policy for Custom-Made or Personalized Items
At JitterBug Jumbles, we take pride in creating custom-made and personalized items tailored specifically to your preferences. Due to the unique nature of these products, our returns policy differs slightly from that of standard items. Please review the following terms carefully:
1. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items
Custom-Made Items: Items that are custom-made to your specifications, including but not limited to size, colour, design, or material, are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Personalised Items: Items that are personalized with names, initials, dates, or other custom details are non-returnable and non-refundable.
2. Exceptions to Non-Returnable Policy
We will only accept returns or exchanges of custom-made or personalised items under the following conditions:
Manufacturing Defects: If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or error caused by us, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund. Please notify us within 14 days of receiving the item, and provide photographic evidence of the defect.
Incorrect Personalisation: If the personalisation details differ from the ones provided in your order confirmation, we will correct the error free of charge. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item.
3. Order Cancellations
Pre-Production Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, the production process begins, and cancellations may no longer be possible.
Post-Production Cancellations: Once the item has been made, we are unable to offer cancellations or refunds.
4. Return Process
Contact Us: If you believe your item qualifies for a return under the exceptions listed above, please contact our customer service team by using the online contact form within 14 days of receiving your order.
Shipping Costs: If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
5. Refunds and Replacements
Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Replacements: For items eligible for replacement, we will begin the production process immediately upon approval. Replacement items will be shipped according to our standard production and delivery timelines.
6. Final Sale
All sales of custom-made and personalised items are considered final, with exceptions only as stated above. We encourage you to double-check all details before placing your order to ensure your satisfaction.
