"Cabernet Sauvignon" was the first Full Bodied Red I was introduced to many years ago and it still rates as the King of Bordeaux Reds in my opinion, the produce from this kit, definitely lives up to it's highly acclaimed reputation especially if infused with French Oak Chips at the start of the first fermentation (also available from Balliihoo) and then finally left to mature in the bottle for a few weeks . . . . Patience is a virtue!
