Woodforde's superb award winning range of Real Ale Beer Kits are produced using their original grist formulation and each kit in the range compares favourably with its commercial equivalent. The ultimate in Real Ale Kit flavour and quality, Woodforde's have a special large permanent shelf in my brewing cupboard! Reliable and very easy to brew and manage.
Although no enhancements are needed, try adding some of Balliihoo's Hops such as Progress or Golding/Fuggles with ales like Wherry to create the Aroma and fruity/bitterness taste to your liking, and of course, add Beer Finings in the final stage to promote a speedy clearance to start enjoying your results ASAP!
A "Wherry" is a type of inland waterways passenger and cargo boat used in the Norfolk area, this denotes the style of beer that the crew and passengers would have enjoyed on their waterbound journeys (I know I do - on a Wherry or not!)
