Return Policy for Versla Marketplace
At Versla Marketplace, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If an item arrives damaged or does not match what you ordered, you may return the item for a refund or exchange. If you've changed your mind or are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
To initiate a return, please contact the seller from your order page on the Versla Marketplace dashboard. The seller will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.
Please note that all returned items must be in the same condition in which they were received and in their original packaging. If the item is not returned in the same condition in which it was received, the seller may deduct a reasonable amount from the refund to cover the cost of restoring the item to its original condition.
