What payment methods are accepted on Versla?
Versla accepts various payment methods through the Stripe payment gateway, including credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Revolut Pay.
Why does my checkout show £0.00?
This means we are validating your card details before arranging payment on behalf of sellers. Once processed, all card details are removed from all systems, unless you have set up a subscription. which we retain card details until the subscription ends. No card details are readable by either the seller or Versla.
How do I leave a review for a product or seller?
After purchasing, you can leave a review by going to your invoice page and choosing the option to write a review. Share your experience regarding the product quality and seller's service, and even the delivery service. You can even leave private feedback that only the seller and Versla can see.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please report it immediately to the seller from your invoice page; they will guide you through the return or replacement process, if you have any problems, please contact us before starting any kind of chargeback.
How can I contact a seller directly?
To contact a seller directly, visit the item page, where you will find an option to message the seller. This feature helps maintain communication transparency and resolve any queries related to the product. If you are contacting about a previous order, you can also message from your invoice page in the dashboard.

What are the fees for selling on Versla?
Versla does not charge monthly or upfront fees. Sellers only pay a 2% order fee, capped at £1 per order, plus Stripe transaction fees, which start at 1.5% and 20p per order. This fee structure is designed to be straightforward and cost-effective for sellers.
How do I set up my online store?

How can I import products to my Versla store?
You can import products to your Versla store using our bulk upload feature, which allows you to upload product details via CSV files. This feature simplifies adding multiple products at once. Read more in our blog post.
How can I use my own domain with Versla?
Versla supports custom domains for stores. To use your own domain, update your domain settings in your store's dashboard and configure your DNS settings to point to your Versla store. Read more in our blog post.
Are there any restrictions on what I can sell on Versla?
